Education is the basic right of every child. However, in rural Arunachal Pradesh, many underprivileged children are deprived of this right due to their families’ weaker financial backgrounds or commuting difficulties. Mission-Better Arunachal Society aims to bridge this gap by providing necessary study materials and ensuring access to quality education for these children in remote areas. We also visit different villages in remote areas to help them with financial support for their education. We strive to reach these children, empowering them with the knowledge they deserve, and fostering a brighter future for them and their communities.
Health Camp
Health is wealth, and we recognize the hurdles faced by underprivileged rural communities in accessing quality healthcare due to their economic constraints. To address this, we organize numerous health camps where we provide free health check-ups, tests, referrals, and other essential medical services to these deprived individuals. We express immense gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and medical professionals who generously support and attend these camps. Our dedication and expertise empower us to deliver vital healthcare facilities, significantly improving the well-being and health outcomes of underserved rural populations.
Sustainable Livelihood
As our commitment to make our Arunachal better, we focus on creating sustainable livelihoods for marginalized people. We aim to alleviate poverty by bridging the gap between their needs and opportunities. Our efforts extend to supporting education, health, and all other essential needs to the best of our abilities. By doing so, we strive to uplift the lives of the people in Arunachal Pradesh and bring positive change to their communities.
Addiction Awareness Camp
Addiction is a critical concern, especially among our youth. In rural areas, there is an alarming rise in addiction to harmful substances, especially drugs. Our unwavering dedication lies in raising awareness about this issue by visiting various areas and organizing impactful awareness campaigns. These campaigns aim to educate people about the detrimental effects of addiction on their health and relationships. Additionally, we extend our support and guidance to those battling addiction. Our ultimate goal is to build a drug-free society and secure a healthier future for our communities and combat addiction and pave the way for a brighter tomorrow.
Vaccination Camp
In Arunachal Pradesh villages, we organize Vaccination Camps to protect the health of our people. Vaccination is essential to prevent deadly diseases, so we also spread awareness about its importance. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to provide accessible vaccination services to remote communities. Through these camps, we not only administer vaccines but also raise awareness about the crucial importance of getting vaccinated. By empowering the villagers with knowledge, we strive to overcome vaccine hesitancy and ensure better protection against preventable diseases and work towards building a healthier and resilient Arunachal Pradesh for all.
Cloth Distribution
“The happiest people are those who do the most for others.” – Booker T. Washington. In a world where a majority lack basic necessities, clothing becomes a symbol of dignity and hope. As Mission-Better Arunachal Society is dedicated to human welfare, acknowledges the urgent need for clothing among underprivileged individuals facing financial constraints. So, we arrange sufficient wearable new clothes and distribute them through our cloth distribution programs. Our main aim is to provide essential garments to those with limited access. By addressing this basic necessity, we contribute to the well-being and dignity of marginalized communities, fostering a thriving society for all.
Food Distribution
Food is the foremost need for living fulfilling lives. We recognize that many are facing food insecurity due to their limited income sources. So, we have taken the initiative to frequently organize Food Donation Camps to serve people with sufficient food. Our camps distribute nutritious meals to underprivileged and marginalized communities, aiming to alleviate hunger and improve their well-being. Through these initiatives, we strive to create a positive impact and foster a sense of solidarity in society. Together, let’s address the issue of hunger and ensure that no one goes to bed with an empty stomach.
